Queation: Do you ship overseas?

RE: Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Queation: How do I track my order?

RE: Once shipped you’ll receive the shipment tracking information by email as soon as it is available. We use FedEx and UPS as our main shipping partners. When you have your tracking information you can check the status and location of you shipment on the respective website.

Queation:When will my order be delivered?

RE: Orders will be despatched within 2-5 working days of them being placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

Queation: Can I return my product?

RE: We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after it is placed. However, due to unusually long processing times related to COVID-19, we now allow you to cancel your order if it has not yet been assigned a tracking number.

If your order is already assigned a tracking number, it has already been sent out and we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it.

Queation: I received a defective item

RE:We're sorry to hear that! It is important to let us know within 30 days of receipt if you are in the North America and within 14 days of receipt elsewhere. Please get in touch with our Customer Care

Queation: I need to change or cancel my order. Can you help me?

RE: We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to amend it. It is simple to return any unwanted items back to us. Please see our returns page.
