We've all been there. The alarm goes off, signaling it's time for your morning run, or the end of the workday arrives, and you’re supposed to hit the gym. Yet, despite your best intentions, you find yourself uttering, “But I don’t feel like exercising…” Instead, you hit the snooze button or opt for the comfort of your couch.
