Firstly, Need customer to pay for the cost to sending parcel back to our factory,

Note that the amount declared when sending the package is $5, Product name: sample. Otherwise, the Chinese Customs will charge us a very high tariff. If the loss caused by the high tariff charged by the Chinese customs due to the wrong amount declared by the customer, the buyer shall bear the loss.

Secondly, After we receive the parcel from the buyer.it takes around 3-4 days for watch repair.

Thirdly, we will arrange delivery, it takes around 7-15 dasy to customer address.
